"Trick or treat!" is usually accompanied by a treat of some sort whether a fun-size candy bar, tootsie pop, whatever. Every seasoned trick or treater knows the duds though. Much like when Charlie Brown received his rocks as treats sometimes a house just gives out some awful treats.
