It arrived! My lootcrate box was delivered this afternoon and now after a long day of crooked ninja business I can UNVEIL its contents. So after crackin open the postal box you are greeted with an image of a dress up Mr.T, who knew. Also, a little note from the folks at lootcrate informing the lucky recipient of the months "theme", retro gaming! Love it already. So lets get into it.

So the real question is: do you feel it was worth it? It looks like a lot of cool stuff but I'm having a hard time believing it's worth $40 retail, as promised on the Loot Crate website. I almost signed up for this service but was put off by the sneaky shipping & handling add-on.
ReplyDeleteGood question. The main thing that was not satisfying was the claim of $40+ in value for each crate which seemed a bit blown out of proportion. Do I regret buying it? No not really as I do so enjoy getting surprises in the mail and the pixel shades pretty great.
DeleteAnd yeah the S&H add on was a bit of a bummer but I did end up finding a coupon code that cut it down by a few bucks. I would post it but it came from another blog, a quick google search would do the trick though if anyone is interested.
